When you contact us, book a consultation, join the newsletter, or buy a home-practice pack, we receive the details you share with us — typically your name, email address, phone number, your child's age, and anything you write in a message. Our shop checkout may also record order details so we can deliver what you bought.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the studio: answering your questions, scheduling and delivering sessions, sending the emails you asked for, and improving our programs. We never sell your details, and we never share them with advertisers.

Children's information
We work with children every day, so we take extra care here. We collect information about a child only from a parent or guardian, only what is needed for care, and we never publish a child's name, photo, or story without written parental permission.
